Refund policy

GLOBAL RETURN & REFUND POLICY — ADRIANO MENEGHETTI

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the product and request either a refund or an exchange for a different item, whether of equal or different value.

You may return a product within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods. Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received: unused, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be included in the return.

Returned items that are damaged, missing components, not in their original condition, or show evident signs of use not attributable to Adriano Meneghetti or its shipping partners will be eligible for a partial refund of 50% of the purchase price.

Return shipping costs, including any customs duties, import/export charges, and taxes, are the sole responsibility of the customer. These costs will not be reimbursed under any circumstances.

PROOF OF DELIVERY AND LIABILITY

Once the shipment has been delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer, and the carrier has supplied official proof of delivery (including a delivery receipt, electronic scan, or signature), the order shall be deemed successfully delivered.

  • EU Customers: In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, once delivery is confirmed, risk and responsibility transfer to the customer. Adriano Meneghetti shall not be held liable for loss, theft, or claims of non-receipt after the confirmed delivery date.
  • U.S. Customers: In line with U.S. commercial and consumer regulations, once the carrier provides proof of delivery, title and risk of loss pass to the customer. Adriano Meneghetti is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or claimed as undelivered after delivery confirmation.
  • International Customers (Rest of the World): Once proof of delivery is provided by the carrier, risk and responsibility transfer to the customer. Customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and import/export charges.

We encourage all customers to provide secure and accurate delivery information and to monitor tracking updates to ensure safe receipt of their orders.


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND CUSTOMS

For orders shipped outside the European Union, the following additional conditions apply:

  • All international returns must be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) or with all duties and taxes fully prepaid by the customer.
  • Any unpaid customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes in the destination country.
  • Returned items must be clearly marked as “Returned Merchandise” on customs documentation to avoid additional import charges.
  • Refunds for international orders will be processed only after the returned goods have cleared customs and have been inspected by our team.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

  1. Contact us at info@adrianomeneghetti.com within 14 days of receiving your order, specifying the order number and reason for return.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and documentation.
  3. Ship the package using a trackable and insured service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment, minus any applicable duties, taxes, or shipping charges.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution and international banking procedures.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
